This is for the pair of mics. Mics only no other accessories are included. This pair was shipped back to Audio Technica in Ohio recently and both microphones were fully refurbished with brand new capsules etc. They both meet factory specifications of a brand new mic and there is a 90 day warranty from the Audio Technica on them. Please see the paper work and service bills in the pictures.
