Description
Looks like it was never used. This is the latest iteration of Boss' iconic digital delay. It takes the old reliable DD-3 and adds a tap-tempo function and two-way LED. This means you can actually dial in more than the stock max 800mS. Neat-o. In stock form, one would need to hold down the footswitch for 2 seconds to enter tap mode. Once tap is set, the LED will flash the beat you have set whether the effect is on or off. My added tap switch lets you set the tap at any time without the 2 second hold. The pedal will stay in tap mode until you disconnect from power, or turn Mode switch to the Hold function. No dummy plug is required in the Tempo jack, and this will work with an actual remote if ever needed. The other cool feature is when you set the tempo, changing the mode (from 800mS to 200 to 50) changes the time signature of that tempo - fun to experiment with. Also, this redesigned DD-3 puts the stereo Dry Out jack on the same side as the effect output - makes more sense that way. Comes in its original box along with the manual, which comes in every language from Old Elvish to Klingon.Great pedal in mint/unused condition. Straight forward and very easy to use.
