Here we have a lightly used set of Gibson Murphy Lab Lightly Aged Custombuckers from a Custom Shop R9. This set is perfectly matched at 7.94k, and includes the Murphy Lab Historic Spec cream pickup rings and lightly aged pickup mounting screws and springs. The bridge retains 9” of lead, while the neck retains 15” of lead.
The aging that the Murphy Lab put these is so tasteful and discrete. From the lightly rubbed nickel covers to the just slightly tarnished pole pieces they hit all the right notes.
